These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all SaveTimeForFun products and services, including our websites and software applications. By using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. Individual products may have additional terms that supplement these general terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any SaveTimeForFun product, or by accessing our websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
Our Products
SaveTimeForFun develops and distributes software applications for macOS and iOS platforms. Each product may be offered as a one-time purchase, subscription, or free download, as specified on the product's page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.
Purchases & Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our merchant of record. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. All sales are final except where a specific refund policy is stated for a product.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes. You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software; redistribute or sublicense our products without permission; use our products to develop competing products; attempt to circumvent any license restrictions or security measures.
Intellectual Property
All SaveTimeForFun products, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content are our intellectual property or used under license. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use our products at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveTimeForFun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our products if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of our software. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SaveTimeForFun operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
