System requirements
Beavery runs on iOS and iPadOS 18 or later, and on macOS 15 or later. It is one app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, available on the App Store.
Why doesn't my exported Live Photo move on someone else's phone?
A Live Photo is a photo and a short video paired together. AirDrop and iMessage keep the pair, so it plays on the other device. Some chat apps send only the still photo, so the motion is lost on the way. To send a Live Photo, save it to Photos first and share it from there.
Will HDR and sound be lost?
No. HDR and sound are kept by default. Before exporting, you can mute any single result or export it in SDR. GIFs have no sound or HDR.
What if Beavery can't find the original?
If an original is moved, renamed or deleted, its project is marked in red on the home screen as "Original missing". Your work is kept. Open the project and choose "Find the Original", or choose "Relink original" in the project menu, to locate it again.
Why do GIFs show up in the Animated album?
Photos automatically puts the GIFs it can play into its Animated album. That is how Photos organizes GIFs; the exported file is a regular GIF.
Can I use an exported Live Photo as a Lock Screen wallpaper?
The conditions are still being tested on real devices. This entry will be updated once they are confirmed.
Contact support
Email [email protected]. If an export failed, choose "Copy Diagnostics" at the bottom of the failure screen and paste the text into your email. The copied text contains the app version, device model and system version; the source type, dimensions, duration, frame rate, codec, color information and file size; and, for each failed result, its format, time range and error code chain. It contains no picture, file names or location.
