What this policy covers

This policy applies only to Otterdock Pro licenses for the direct download version bought on savetimefor.fun. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) processes these payments as our Merchant of Record, and your receipt comes from Creem.

If you are not satisfied with Otterdock, contact [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Creem; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

App Store purchases

Purchases made through the Mac App Store or App Store, including Otterdock and Beavery in-app purchases, are handled by Apple. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides eligibility under its own policies, and our website guarantee does not apply to these purchases.
